When a person (referred to hereinafter as the User) completes the registration process or orders product/s, he or she agrees to this Agreement.
Prices (€ ) of the products can be seen in product presentation. Prices include Finnish 24% VAT. Taxes can be seen in shopping basket and in order confirmation.
Terms of Payment
you can pay by bank transfer – or by using online payment services (Finnish banks) & credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) by the Paytrail.
As the demand for the fleimio products fluctuates from time to time, you can always select bank transfer, in which case the invoice will be sent to you when the products are ready to be delivered to you. The bank transfer will be sent to you by fleimio.
Cost of Delivery
The cost of delivery depends on the value and weight of the order and about the country where the ordered products are to be delivered. Free delivery limit depends on the country selected. Deliveries will be made by UPS.
In Finland the ordered products shall be delivered by Matkahuolto and in the rest of the Europe via UPS. If items are in stock – the pick-up will be arranged in 24 hours after having received your order. Delivery time in the Nordic Countries is 3-4 days and in Central Europe approximately 5-7 days. However, it naturally depends on the country where you are from. We shall select the best suitable freight company for your order. If the delivery time is longer, i.e. the ordered product is out of stock, we shall send you an e-mail about estimated time of arrival. If you consider the confirmed delivery time as too long, you can always cancel the order without any extra cost.
In Europe the ordered products will be delivered to your home. In Finland they are delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto pick-up location.
Delivery service provider or fleimio shall not be liable for delays in performing or failure to perform this Agreement or any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labor disputes, war, acts or intervention by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or network failure, congestion, or malfunction. Delivery Service Provider (i.e. Fleimio, Matkahuolto or UPS) reserves the right to deliver different products ordered in the same time separately. If we are out of stock, we shall inform you immediately.
You have right to cancel this agreement in 14 days without any reason. Return policy does not apply to orders made by institutions or companies. Cancellation deadline is 14 days after you have received the goods. In order to use your cancellation right, you need to inform us (Fleimio, Kuovintie 3, 04320 Tuusula, Finland (email@example.com)) about your decision to cancel this agreement (e.g. by post letter or by e-mail). You may use the cancellation form sent to you as an enclosurement in order confirmation. It is enough if you will send us your cancellation before the deadline of the cancellation period.
If you decide to cancel this agreement, we shall return all your money as soon as possible – latest 14 days after having received your cancellation notice. We shall return the money the same payment method you used when buying our products unless you agree using other method. No extra monetary costs will occur to you. We may wait till we have received the bought products back or when you have clearly indicated that you have sent the products back to us.
You need to send the ordered items in original package back by a freight company dedicated by Fleimio online store (Matkahuolto or UPS) as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after having done the cancellation notice. We need not to worry about the set period of time, if you shall send the products back before the 14 days deadline. Returned product shall be unused, in good shape and in original packaging.
Fixing Product Defects
If the delivered product is defect, customer is asked to do a defect product noticement to e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating 1) is the reason for defect a transport or manufacturing and 2) do customer want money back or a new product in return – and 3) return the defect product. Returning the defect product shall be done via Matkahuolto in Finland and via service partner selected by the Fleimio online store in the rest of EU. There is no transport cost when returning a defect product. If the customer wants to have money back, we kindly ask to send us the account number.
Jurisdiction and Settlement of Disputes
This User Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations, in other cases disputes are settled at the Helsinki District Court, Finland.
